Does the job, Missing some features.

Like other such applications Ive tried, it gets the job done but fails to maintain the "dim" effect when switching Desktops (what we called Spaces before Lion).

Developer needs to add the option to run without an icon in the Dock.

Very helpful for low-light situations, especially with the incredibly-bright iMac monitors. And its free!
