love it, but doesn’t work on all apps?

it is exactly what i’m looking for to reduce eye strain, but if apps are in full screen mode the dimmer doesn’t work. also, as raised in a comment below the dimmer doesn’t work for spaces.

the support link directs me to a site full of ad links; hopefully the developer would read this and be able to introduce updates that address these issues.
